Uses:

Digestive system: bergamot stimulates the appetite in cases of anorexia nervosa and regulates the appetite in cases of compulsive eaters.
Urinary system: indicated for all urinary tract infections, cystitis and urethritis.
Reproductive system: effective for vaginal pruritus and leucorrhoea.
Skin and hair: useful for helping to regulate the skin’s oils and acne. Rebalances.
Emotions: mood stabiliser for nervous tension, depression or anxiety. Can boost relaxing and gentle sleep.

Chemical composition:
Includes a-pinene, myrcene, limonene, a-bergapten, b-bisabolene, linalool, linalyl acetate, nerol, neryl acetate, geraniol, geraniol acetate and a-terpineol.

HOW CAN WE APPLY THE BERGAMOTA ESSENTIAL OIL?

HAIR: For oily hair try to mix a few drops with your shampoo every time you wash your hair. Its toning and fat regulating properties will help you to balance it.
SKIN: Also, if your skin is oily or acne, mix a few drops with your usual moisturizer at night or directly on the granite or herpes with a swab, thanks to its antibacterial and antiseptic action will help reduce inflammation.
OTHER USES: As a relaxing therapy in a bath by diluting a few drops in the water (in addition it will help to prevent the spread of bacterial infections in the urinary tract), by means of a massage or by using a burner of essences, since it has soothing properties , relaxing, stimulating and antipressive.
