Tips to apply liquid lipstick and make them last all day long

Throughout the day there are many times that we have to go to the bathroom to touch up our lipstick. If in addition to applying your Velvet Lips Collection liquid lipsticks you follow these two basic but essential tips, you will achieve a long-lasting lip finish that will allow you to dispense with continuous touch-ups of the product. The first, fundamental, is to keep your lips moisturised before applying your matte liquid lipstick. This will provide you with a base to work on, guaranteeing that you won't have to deal with annoying peeling or chapping, and will even eliminate excess oil. If you also exfoliate them before moisturising, you will be able to remove dead cells that could spoil the final result, just as you do with your skin, and you will achieve a base that will have a more uniform colour.

Draw your lip

An extra tip, fill in your lip! Whenever possible, use a lip liner, preferably in the same shade, to draw and fill in your lip before applying liquid (or any other) lipstick.
