Returning an item
The items offered in our store are endorsed by different quality stamps. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of 15 calendar days, from the date of receipt to execute the right of return, without penalty of any kind.
Please note: only products purchased through Tahe Online can be returned.
It is not possible to make changes, so in this case you must, on the one hand make the return of the product/s and on the other hand make a new purchase.
This option is in addition to the legal rights as a consumer regarding the return of defective products.
Returns are subject to paragraphs 8, 9, 11 and 12 of TAHE's Terms of Sale.
To make a return, a Return Authorization must be processed through the space intended for this purpose in My Customer Space; or by contacting through the form, providing the following data:
Web order number.
Customer's first and last name.
Address for customer collection.
Contact phone number.
Preferable time for carrier pick-up. (It will be attempted to comply, but under no circumstances is it guaranteed).
Also noteworthy:
The return may not be made under any circumstances, if the products were manifestly used, with the exception of products with manufacturing defect. If the return is requested for a bad condition of the product, the transport of the same will be carried out by TAHE. They must be returned in their original condition, with all their packaging and accessories, unsealed in case it bears a guarantee seal and in perfect condition.
The buyer must meet the direct return costs that vary by country:
In Spain, the amount is 3'90 euros. We will send a transport agency to pick up the product upon request of the buyer following the steps indicated in the previous paragraph on how to process the Return Authorization and confirmation of acceptance thereof.
For the rest of the countries, the buyer must send us directly upon request following the steps indicated in the previous paragraph on how to process the Return Authorization and confirmation of acceptance of it, to the address: Tahe (online store) - Avda. de Grecia, plot 5.1 - Polígono Industrial las Salinas - 30840 Alhama de Murcia / Murcia / Spain.
In the event that the customer receives the beaten package or the product in bad condition due to transport, it will be replaced by the same free of charge, unless it is exhausted in which case the corresponding amount will be paid. If at the time of delivery the package has signs of bad condition, you must reject it indicating this reason and we will automatically proceed to the re-shipment. If you receive it and when you open it find broken or spilled products, you must send [email protected] photos of the status of the package and / or products in order to proceed with its replacement.
Once received the product or products will be refunded the money of the same through the same means of payment used by the customer at the time of purchase or Gift voucher for the next purchase if you prefer. In case of cash payment, the buyer must provide us with an account number for the subscription or accept a Gift Voucher. The return will be made no later than 7 days after receiving the products to be returned. In no case will the amount of the purchase be paid, until the perfect condition of the goods is verified by the corresponding department.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal, as appropriate, shall not apply to:
The supply of products made according to consumer and user specifications or clearly customized (Gift Vouchers, services, etc.).
The supply of sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (all beauty items, toiletries, cosmetics, personal grooming, hair accessories).
