Apply to dry or slightly damp hair before washing. Work through from the mid-lengths to the ends and leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, with or without heat.To enhance its effectiveness, wrap your hair and apply gentle heat. Then wash with shampoo, condition with a hair mask and, if necessary, apply a serum.
