MORNIG:

1. Cleansing: Awaken your skin by removing impurities and debris from the night.

A. Intense Micellar Water in Oil: Shake the product and moisturise a few cotton pads with a sufficient amount. Gently wipe over the face.
B. Intense Cleansing Emulsion: Apply a small amount of the emulsion to the face and neck. Massage gently in circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm water or remove with a damp towel.
C. Intense Thermal Repair Toner: Generously spray thermal spring water over the face, with eyes closed, keeping a distance of 20-30 cm. Let it absorb naturally or blot gently with light touches. This product can be applied after cleansing as a toner, throughout the day to refresh the skin or after makeup application to set makeup and add moisture.

Treatment: Give your face the nutrients it needs to face the day.

Mesolift Intense: With thoroughly cleansed skin, apply a small amount with fingertips. Massage gently over face and neck. Allow the product to absorb completely.

Note: This treatment can be used in combination with other skincare products or with serum, moisturiser or foundation.

3. Moisturise: Keep your skin soft and healthy.

A. Intense Eye Contour: Gently dab onto the eye contour with light touches from the inside to the outside of the face. Finish with a smoothing motion.
B. Intense Anti-Aging Serum: Apply a sufficient amount to the face, neck and décolleté. Massage gently.
C. Intense Moisturising Cream: Apply a sufficient amount, massaging the face from the inside out and in an upward direction. Also apply to neck and décolleté, in a downward direction.

4. Sun protection: The essential step to protect you from UV rays and prevent premature ageing.

Neutral or colour-mimetic mineral sunscreen: Shake before use to mix the nutrients. Apply a small amount to the face, neck and décolleté. Remember to reapply every 2 hours, especially in summer, after sweating, swimming or towelling.

EVENING:

C. Retinal Intense Hydronutritive Cream: Apply a sufficient amount, massaging the face, avoiding the eye area. Also apply to the neck and décolleté, in a downward direction until completely absorbed.
