IMPORTANT: Once your order has been received in our system, it will be processed automatically, so it is not possible to make any changes to it. In addition, you will receive your invoice in the order confirmation e-mail.

Shipping and shipping costs are subject to section 8 of TAHE's Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please review it carefully for further information.

  • Shipping costs for Spain (peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands) and Portugal (peninsula) are 3.90 euros, except for purchases over 40 euros, in which case they are 0 euro. 
    These amounts can be changed at any time by TAHE in these Conditions of Sale. The exact amount is shown at the time of purchase and will not be modified in any case.
  • In the process of processing the order, the customer can choose the transport agency with which he wishes to receive his package, among several available options.
  • The delivery time is 24-48 hours from the time the carrier collects the package from our warehouse. Your order will be shipped the same day if it is placed before 12hs. Exceptionally, this period may be extended due to force majeure or during periods of promotions or special campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, Reyeshellip;).
  • The delivery time for shipments to the Balearic Islands is 48-72 hours, and for the Canary Islands 5-15 working days.
  • TAHE constantly seeks to guarantee the best delivery service, delivery times, warranty and customer service.
  • The customer will be informed of the status of the order and the tracking number. If you do not know the tracking number, please contact us and we will provide you with it.
  • Packages are delivered to the address specified by the Customer on the order form. It is possible to access the customer area by registering on the website and to manage a list of addresses to which orders can be sent. In the event of absence on the part of the Customer, the transport agency may park the parcel at a collection point close to the delivery address.
  • Delivery is considered complete when the parcel is made available to the Customer at this address.
  • Deliveries are mainly made from Monday to Friday during normal office hours. In some cases Saturday delivery is also possible, depending on the destination city.
  • The products are shipped in sealed boxes with a security seal.

Transport times:

  • It is not usual, but delivery times may vary due to force majeure beyond the control of TAHE and the transport company itself, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, seasonal periods with high volumes of shipments....
  • We cannot guarantee these delivery times, as the transport is carried out by a company other than TAHE. However, we work with the transport agencies with the best deliveries on the market and we do everything possible to ensure that they comply with the contracted service, for which we carry out exhaustive monitoring of deliveries and actively manage incidents.
